CEDA gained financial support from the Epsilon programme of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic for the realization of the „Automated mapping of routes and barriers for pedestrians and the disabled“ project. At the beginning of the new year, we will begin to develop a device for efficient semi-automated creation of map bases of building interiors as well as outdoor routes within the project, together with our colleagues from The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication of Brno University of Technology. The realization of the project will be a great contribution to the ROUTE4ALL platform, as it will improve the quality and efficiency of data collection and processing for the needs of the ROUTE4ALL platform.
